SHEBOYGAN, Wis., June 18, 2026 — Plastics Engineering Company (PLENCO) announced Adam Brotz as its new President.
In April 2026, Adam was elected President by PLENCO’s Board of Directors. The change follows Michael Brotz’s transition from President to Chief Executive Officer and continues a planned leadership transition for the family-owned company.
Adam has worked at PLENCO for more than three decades. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Manufacturing, where he worked closely with PLENCO’s manufacturing operations, technical teams, customers, and suppliers.
Throughout his career, Adam has held a variety of leadership roles and developed a deep understanding of PLENCO’s business, its customers, and the principles that have shaped the company since 1934.
“I am honored by the confidence the Board of Directors has placed in me as PLENCO’s next President,” Adam said. “Over the past 30 years, I have had the privilege to grow within this organization and witness firsthand the strength of our people and our commitment to doing things the right way.”
Adam also recognized his father, Michael Brotz, for his many years of dedication and leadership, which helped shape PLENCO into the company it is today.
“Building on a 90-year legacy established by the generations before us, I take great pride in continuing a tradition rooted in integrity, hard work, innovation, and longstanding relationships,” Adam said.
As President, Adam will continue to focus on operational excellence, investing in PLENCO’s future, and building on the advantages of private ownership and long-term partnerships.
