(Resin Foreman)
Mike retired April 14, 2016, from the Resin
Department, where he was a Resin Foreman.
He was with Plenco for 40 years and will miss
the people he worked with.
Mike and his wife, Linda, have been married
39 years. They will be heading to Las Vegas in
June to celebrate their wedding anniversary
and are planning some road trips for the summer.
The Webers are members of the Town of Sheboygan Lion’s Club
and help out there when they can. They also volunteer at Miesfelds’
Lakeshore Weekend. Since the inception of this event in 2009, it has
raised more than $788,500 for Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin.
“Just taking care of our large yard is a hobby in itself,” said Mike.
He also enjoys target shooting and woodworking. Mike is thankful he
was able to retire healthy and plans to spend more time with his wife,
traveling. They might even decide to be snowbirds out west.

also plan to do a lot of camping Up North this summer.
Raymond just bought a boat and will be using it for some fishing.
He also enjoys camping and motorcycling as well as shooting in a
pool league and playing golf.
“Summers are too short,” Raymond said. “It will be nice to not be
limited to five weeks off and just looking out the windows when it’s
nice out.”

thank Bob Moeller, who will be retiring
from Plenco after 43 years of service.
We appreciate the time he has spent
here and for his many contributions to
helping make this company successful
May you have a wonderful retirement,
