Social Responsibility and Sustainability

We are cognizant of Plenco’s impact on society,

the economy and the environment, and we are

committed to sharing the impact in a transparent

way with our employees, customers, suppliers and

communities as appropriate and useful.

Plenco is committed to ethical corporate behav-

ior based on honesty, equality and integrity, sub-

ject to the supremacy of law in which no individual,

organization, or government body, domestic or

international, stands above the law.

We respect the importance and universality of the

human rights and freedoms of those who work for

us, with us, and around us, and strive to create and

sustain a working environment in which such rights

are sacrosanct.

All of the policy statements found in this document are guided by Plenco

management’s overarching support for corporate social responsibility and

sustainability in every aspect of our manufacturing

Every year, Plenco employees gather at Sheboygan’s

King Park beach for a Beach Clean Up Day. Although the

beach is located three or four miles from Plenco, it is an

important and cherished location in our community and

Plenco employees take pride in doing their part to keep it

clean and beautiful for themselves and others. In 2018, 23

Plenco employees helped to collect 43 pounds of trash.
